Service Description

ALL Riders ages 18 years and up will be required to sign a waiver before boarding. Passengers that do not sign waiver will NOT be allowed to ride. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the ride begins with a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the same day of your scheduled ride will be subject to 50% of your total booking. No call no shows will not be eligible for any refunds. In the event of rain or any other inclement weather the ride may be rescheduled only. If the weather forecast shows that it is projected to rain or snow 2 hours before your ride, or shows rain or snow during any period of your ride, your ride will have to be rescheduled being that THE BUS is roofless and has electronics that cannot get wet. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! No refunds due to weather. Pick up and drop off will be in front of the MLGW parking garage located at 246 S Front St . Memphis, Tn.
